PROFESSOR KENJI KOHIYAMA JOINS PHYBIT BOARD

Japan Wireless Pioneer on Third Collaboration with Phybit Founder

Tokyo, Japan. – 10 December 2007 – Phybit Inc., today announced that Professor Kenji Kohiyama has joined the company as a representative director and member of board of directors. "Dr. Kohiyama brings immeasurable industry insight to our team," said Kambiz Homayounfar, President and CEO of Phybit. "After two successful prior collaborations, I am only delighted to be once again working with one of the true pioneers of wireless technology in Japan." Kenji Kohiyama is a professor of Governance and Media at Keio University in Tokyo, Japan. He was formerly the Head of Wireless Laboratories at NTT Corporation, and an Executive Vice President of NTT Advanced Technology. In 1994, he received an Achievement Award by Japan Institute of Electronics and Communications Engineers for his contribution to the development of 256-QAM digital radio relay system, and in 1996, he was the recipient of the prestigious "Maejima Award" for his contribution to the development of PHS from the Communications Association of Japan. Dr. Kohiyama was recently elected as Vice Chairman of WiMAX Forum in Japan.
